Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

These rules apply to Ad Monetization Audits, Mediation Stack Reviews, Placement Density Sessions, and Revenue Pulse retainers described on this site. They do not cover third-party network fees, advertising spend, or software licenses you purchase from others.

Deposits

Fixed-scope engagements typically require a booking deposit stated in your proposal. The deposit reserves reviewer time for the agreed window. Revenue Pulse is billed monthly in advance for each month of the retainer.

Cancellation by you

• Cancel 10 or more business days before the scheduled start: full refund of deposit less any non-recoverable third-party costs already approved in writing.
• Cancel 3–9 business days before start: 50% of the deposit is refundable; the remainder covers reserved capacity.
• Cancel fewer than 3 business days before start, or after work has begun: deposit is non-refundable. Fees for completed work stages remain due.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least 5 business days’ notice and a new window is available within 60 days. Later or repeated reschedules may require a new deposit or a revised quote.

No-shows

If your team misses a scheduled intake or readout without 24 hours’ notice, that session counts as delivered for scheduling purposes. A replacement session may be billed at the half-day workshop rate then in effect.

Work already started

Once measurement week or export analysis has started, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Unused future stages may be cancelled under the timelines above, with a partial refund of prepaid amounts for those unused stages only.

Revenue Pulse retainers

Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable for that month. You may end a retainer effective at the close of the current month by giving written notice at least 10 business days before the next billing date. Minimum three-month commitments stated in a proposal apply.

Purchased materials

If a proposal includes approved third-party research purchases or device rentals on your behalf, those line items are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days after written approval. Bank processing times may add a few days beyond our transfer.

How to request a refund

Email hello@vector-nodehub.digital with your proposal reference, reason, and preferred contact number. We confirm eligibility against this policy and your signed statement of work.

Exceptions

If Vector Nodehub cancels an engagement for reasons other than your breach, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or a free reschedule at your option.
