Terms of engagement

Acceptance

By using this website or confirming a written engagement proposal, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Services described

Vector Nodehub provides professional review and advisory engagements related to app ad monetization analytics. Descriptions on this site are informational. A signed proposal or statement of work defines the binding scope, fees, and timeline for each engagement.

Accounts and access

When you grant read-only access to mediation or analytics consoles, you remain responsible for your own credentials and for revoking access when the engagement ends. We do not sell network inventory or place ads on your behalf unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your app, data exports, and confidential materials. Vector Nodehub retains ownership of our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered findings pack for your internal business purposes. You may not resell our written deliverables as a competing advisory product.

Confidentiality

Both parties will treat non-public business and technical information shared during an engagement as confidential, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Liability

Our engagements provide analysis and recommendations. Implementation decisions remain yours. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector Nodehub Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost revenue following mediation or placement changes you choose to ship. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial reuse without permission. Content is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, unless a signed statement of work names a different venue.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements remain governed by their signed documents unless both parties agree otherwise.
